  • Attain Area Sales Target by ensuring proper distribution of products in all Master Agents/Distributors & outlet points
  • Visiting coverage area to ensure all necessary support to outlets and also visit the new area to source new agent points
  • Primary selection of agent/outlet of a particular area and arrange an initial interview with Regional Head for final selection
  • Lead the Area Team by setting right direction, focus & priorities to drive & achieve business goals
  • Lead and motivate all channel partners and their Field Force to strongly promote City Bank Agent Banking products & induce push sales & ensure the smooth operation of agent banking
  • Manage regular and on-demand (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and/or Ad-hoc) reports according to business requirements
