Primary School Teacher Pay Scale 2019 is going to change after few months. According to the primary and mass education ministry sources, the proposal has been sent to the public administration and finance ministry in the last 12 months, the pay scale of assistant teachers’ salary is 12th grade and head teacher’s 10th grade.
He said that according to the new proposal, the policy decision has been taken to upgrade the 12th grade of assistant teachers, 10th grade of Head Teachers, Assistant Upazila Primary Education Officer 9th Grade and upazila primary education officers to 7th grade. The President approved the recruitment rules on 3 February.
