জানা গেছে, ইউনিভার্সাল পেনশন পদ্ধতি চালু করতে আরও অন্তত ৩ থেকে ৪ বছর সময় লাগবে। এটি যেন দ্রুত করা যায় এজন্য ‘ইউনিভার্সাল পেনশন অথরিটি’ শিগগিরই গঠন করা হবে।
